Returns and Refunds

Our Policy: My terms and conditions are very straight forward. As my confidence in my products is so high, payment is on delivery, no advance payment or deposit is required. If in the unusual event of you not being happy with or not liking any of my products upon delivery just send them back with my driver with absolutely nothing to pay, not even a delivery charge.

In addition we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please contact us to return the unused goods within 14 days and we will offer you a refund within 7 days of receipt of goods or an exchange of goods. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Privacy policy: We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third party.
