What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery to Mainland UK adresses are completely free of charge with our own delivery drivers.

We can also arrange deliveries to Islands and Highlands of Scotland, Northern and Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can pay for your items via PayPal, Credit/Debit Card before delivery or pay after delivery via Cheque, Cash, Card or Bank Transfer.

How long will delivery take?

We work on an average of 2 weeks for deliveries to England and Wales, and 4 weeks to deliveries to Scotland. (A lot of the time it can be quicker if we have a run scheduled in your area, so give us a call if you need something quicker!)

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop?

Our site is protected with an SSL certificate and is completely safe to purchase something from us online.

You can also you can pay after delivery if you feel more comfortable!

Where is your Marble sourced from?

All of our Marble is sourced from Spain and Italy and is of the highest quality available.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and ensure each and every slab we purchase and use is of the best quality.

Can I fit a Marble Fireplace with an Electric Fire on a Flat Wall?

Any of our Marble Fireplaces can be fitted on a flat wall with an Electric Fire, you’ll just need a 3″ Rebate on the Fireplace. (3″ Rebate means the back panel will sit 3″ away from the wall, allowing plenty of room for the Fire to be self-contained within the Fireplace)

Do you do Marble Samples?

We can send out small samples of any of our Marbles so you can compare them. If you send us an email on mick@marblefireplace.co.uk or call on 0121 773 8833, we’ll take your address and send you some in the post!
