To maintain my high standard of quality I do not use chinese marble. All of my marble fireplaces are manufactured at my workshops in Birmingham using marble sourced from Spain and Italy.

"We bought a Walton Marble Fireplace from Designer Fireplaces after reviewing many other fireplaces in person and on the internet. For the price paid the fireplace offers oustanding value for money. Throughout the buying process, Mick and his team offer excellent customer service and we took delivery of the fireplace in a 2 hour slot as promised. Mick's delivery team were most helpful, offloading the fireplace to an agreed location in our garage and offering advice on fitting the fireplace. We installed the fireplace ourselves which was straightforward and we have found the quality of the product to be excellent and a real addition to our living room. "I came across designer fireplaces by accident as I happened to be driving past and I'm extremely happy that I did! You can't fault the quality and craftsmanship that has gone in to the fireplace. The friendly staff helped explain everything I would need to install it myself, which I chose to do and the end result looks stunning! Not only that but the price was very reasonable, having seen other showrooms selling a similar product for £1000+. Delivery was free as I was within the Birmingham postcode and approx 2 weeks from ordering it was on my doorstep. All in all a very happy customer! Thanks Mick & team."

"I do not normally write comments on websites, and I often wonder if they are genuine. I can honestly say that the service that I received from both Mike, and his driver have been excellent. I wanted my fireplace slightly taller than the standard dimensions. After speaking with Mike, for a reasonable small fee Mike gave me a timescale of 3 weeks. No money down, which is rare these days. Low and behold, 3 weeks later my fireplace was delivered very carefully by his driver, who I must say was a star. I asked a few questions as to how to put it together, and the instructions were simple and straight forward. My wife and I were over the moon with the finish and quality of the marble fireplace. I put it together over the weekend, and it looks the business. I have and will continue to recommend 'Marble Fireplaces' as their service and workmanship is absolutely first class. Well done all involved, and Thank You !"

Great Service

"I don't usually like ordering from the internet. However I ordered a marble fireplace from DESIGNER FIREPLACES and was totally impressed with their service. The staff on the phone were knowledgeable and polite. Delivery was agreed and when it came to the given day the driver was within 5 minutes of the agreed time, excellent!! The driver, once again, was very friendly and polite, as well as being extremely helpful. I would happily recommend this company to anyone that I know. What a really pleasant change to deal with a company who put their customer service high on their list of priorities. And on top of that, the price was great also."

"From start to finish, this company is top class! After ordering and receiving some samples from Mick, I finally chose a Walton Fireplace suite, with downlighters, in marfil stone . Without having to pay any money beforehand, I ordered my fireplace and two weeks later it was ready and delivered by Mick's very own driver to my house in Surrey. My husband fitted the suite with ease and, without exaggeration, it looks absolutely stunning. It really is the business! I cannot recommend this company enough.
